SeoCare helps the admin to create SEO-Friendly posts. It has several rules that can be edited in the options. After creating the post SeoCare calculates a grade for the post. That way you can easely see on what points you better can change your article so it would score better on SEO.

anyone using this plug in? I'm guessing it really just covers the basics, like heading, titles and keyword dentistry along with word counts

In WordPress i use All in One SEO Pack. I plan to test it for our blog from the Celebrity forum Blog section. I will let you all know.

your only just testing the SEO Pack !! surprised with that most that are looking for SE traffic will get that sorted along with the basic install

had not seen that one Tiggs - likely worth installing someplace just to see what it does.
