I normally work between 300-500 word postings so that I don't have thin pages so that should be OK

300-500 word postings is perfect. Good food for Search Engines.

How would it help SEO? I'm not aware G ranks pages any higher if they are merely linked to internally. As long as they are linked once from an index or similar page G will find it.

Personally I've found "related posts" to be detrimental if the blog contains links to additional content that would cause the punter to satisfy himself (or herself) before signing up. It's a fine balance between getting someone interested enough to pay versus helping the punter find all the free porn needed for a night's relaxation.

do you not cross link themed pages within your sites pages VG? I do to a small extent but only for the main money terms and my only concern with this plug in ( which I've not tested yet ) is what control you have regarding what pages / posts link to what

The plugins I've seen do their "related" magic by picking up things like tags or keywords, and the posts that are pulled in are only from the same blog. There might be other plugins that look at related topics in other blogs, and that might help with SE, but then you might as well take full control and write your own links with the exact anchor text you want.

Linking pages are okay if doing so builds interest in buying something. It's very easy to cross-link to other content so much punters have no reason to pull out their wallets. (This is, of course, a limitation of content sales. I imagine it's not the same for dating and contacts.)

Hi VG

Some good points fascinating to see peoples views

user experience, usability, association
Also I believe it has been said links in sidebars footers etc can/may carry less weight then links in the cener of the page this brings them more into the center of the page so if any weight is given for this you are there

You’re right VG no magic just find where it pulls from and you have control or at least some this one will pull from page titles i believe

My view say a user landed on a page after googling hot blondes this could be a teenage page when he was in fact looking for a mature blonde, which I had but he did not look just hit the back button.
But with the related posts he had the options he needed right in his face of say BBW blondes, older mature blondes, ebony bleached blondes, blonde super models and so on,

Besides the fact that my blogs are very highly niched, so in essense all the posts are related to begin with. I don't find much value in an adult blog that mixes teenage porn with MILF porn. I'd rather do two separate blogs, and treat each like a squeeze page to whatever sponsor I'm pushing. If the niches are too distinct I may not even interlink them.
