so the post has been deleted and there is still something visible? Is the post showing up in your admin posts area? If so, then I think it has not been "removed". You're showing an "attachment_id" - is it an attachment that is still showing? What is it that's still visible?

No matter what, at a worse case, you should be able to go into phpMyAdmin and remove the entry. That's the extreme way though.

What Brent said. However, what is the attachment? If it is an image or other media, go into the media library tab in your admin, find it, and delete it. The other way is to go into the site (ftp) and look in the images folder, but you'll need to know what it is, and then delete it there.

I don't know about the "attachments" stuff but in the latest versions of WordPress when you delete a post all you do is mark it invisible and WP places it in a virtual trash area. It's still there until you really, really delete it. I forget the sequence to remove it competely, but I recall it's several steps.
