Seems that both G & Bing are starting to place a bit more importance, on those social bookmarking backlinks, than on the normal traditional linking plan. You know the A-B stuff, but while many mainstream sites seem to be gathering better SERP rankings, based on that, ADULT could be problematic.

After all, how many Adult Sites do you know that have any real PR value? How many for example are above a 7? Not to mention, that the concensus on PR is that it is becoming totally irrelevant, what is taking its place?

IF you do a lot of blogging, one of the more popular plugins deals with all those social network sites. And the discussion seems, to be thinking that those "like this" or 'recommend this' buttons on posts, are being used to pass authority to the recepient.

With most social networking sites (of value) refusing Adult Content, where does that leave us sex fiends? How do we captilize on this trend? Any ideas? Concerns?

I wouldn't say its the fact social networking sites are passing link juice over more that G is looking harder what the surfer is doing and how long he stays on a site and with mainstream offering these SNS means more traffic and in theory more targeted traffic

I don't think PR is as dead in the water as you think after all you have to remember what us "low life" seeing is not the "real" PR as G holds that figure close to itself and wont share that data - so webmasters are never really sure what the PR is

But high PR sites either mainstream or adult are far and few between these days due to more sites being online so less to go around and that some months ago G did a massive shuffle on PR and down adjusted most sites by in some case 2 points
