I was trying to move it from one server to another but do not have CPanel or FTP access to the server it was on. I have just copied all the text and photos one at a time and re written them so it's ok now thanks.

bloody ell thats a lot of hard work and not something I would do !!

I just copied and pasted and uploaded the photos again but it was ok I had to do it but it's done now!
When I used backup and restore it was looking for the photos on the old server so they would not show up.

still not something I could even consider not unless I wanted to spend a week cutting & pasting - maybe even longer

Imagine if you had a thousand posts. Jesus. In the future maybe once a week FTP into your account and copy over the entire wordpress folder just so you'll never have to go through that again. It will save you a ton of grief in the future when your site grows and your host fucks up the server and your whole site crashes and needs to be reloaded.

Yes I know it is easy with FTP access but that was the problem I don't have any access to that server, the blog is mine but the server is not mine!
