My WordPress blog has a lot of photos in the posts and I want to back it up to move it but I do not have Cpanel access to it where it is now. Can it be done and what's the best way of doing it?

try this plug in wp-dbmanager you may have to clear it with the hosts

make sure you've set the back up time and how often its to be done otherwise you won't get the back up emailed to you

Found it thanks, after it's backed up you need to go to manage backups and there you can download it or email it to yourself!!

Are you talking about backing up your database or your entire installation? If you want your pics backed up, your going to have to make a copy of the wp-content folder.

Here's what I do if I was you. In addition to backing up your database, FTP into your account and download the entire wordpress folder onto your computer. That way you will have all files, plugins, images everything. None of that gets saved from a DB backup.
