You may also want to give this a look Miss Cherry Adult Site CMS I use their affiliate script. Though not free like the other one, you may fare better in the support dept. I know the guys that built it, good people, it's simply a WP theme with modified plug-ins.

I never thought of using wp for a paysite. I don't have any plans to start a paysite anytime soon but thats interesting. The adultsitecms one looks pretty nice.
