agree, I've got the log burner going in the house and office .....at the rate I'm going theres going to be no olive trees left in Spain .....but another few weeks and we'll be done, then the aircon will be on

We've been very lucky here in NY, been 50's here the last couple of days, slept with my window open last night in 40 d-greez and no heat. Landlords been having trouble keeping the boiler working this year, last month four days no heat or hot water, I file complains each time.
