I do not distinguish good from bad links. While distinguished only links from non-links. But I'll try.

any website that attempts to inject malware onto the users computer is a serious problem. Based on what Tiggs said, the site you were linking to attempted to do that. These would be considered harful links and when found, they will be immediately removed from this site.
