minimum PR2 for the returning link .......think you'll struggle with that as most webmasters will either want to place your link within a resources section or a page thats at least 2 or 3 pages deep and those pages will struggle to hit a PR2 .......personally I would rethink that

Thank you Tigger for you observation, i agree with that.

Minimum PR is only needed for Featured Link submission.
Webmasters can allways submit their sites as Regular Link without reciprocal link or as Link with Reciprocal without minimum PR requested.

There are ery few and simple submission rules that you'll find on the submit page.
We will allways review very fast your submissions.
