I had a quick look at your site and its not a bad design, although I'll leave reviewing the content by our resident voyeur VG - my only criticism would be the forum as thats a mistake at least not until you have a lot of members as its going to sit there with little input and will make the site look not used, I would remove that

One question wheres your traffic coming from? the SEO on the site is really poor and you've missed out on some serous potential traffic with your free previews that have not been optimised in any way and this is another big mistake

Also why all the SEO crap at the bottom of the page, your trying to sell memberships not SEO aren't you

&

how many of those unique hits do you need before you make a sale - so 500 visits = 1 sale

but like I said before the SEO on the site is really poor and its going to struggle to get good figures

unique hit per day AVG 100-150.
Actually I don't know - How many visits I need fro 1 sale ! Actually my most sell are getting offline sale. My Reseller do this.. 0-2 account per month

100 a day! thats the reason your not getting sales you need to be looking at more like a 1000 then you'll probably stand a chance of pulling a sale a day

Like I said before your SEO is poor and you need to do some further research on this - starting with the structure of the site / page names and I would consider going right though the site

I know about SEO - As I do = I update my site per week (Friday), I putted SEO links, Submitted my site 1000 of search engine, Google Webmaster, I have some Blogs, I got some back links from forums & etc!

I think this is not sufficient.. Plz tell me how can I get more traffic ??? and make Hugh Sale!

this tells me you know nothing about SEO as you probably used some free submission tool that submits your site to SE's that no one uses or gets any traffic - I can just about name 10 SE's let alone a 1000 thats a waste of time

I get the feeling that your looking for an answer something along the lines of
"hey thats a fantastic site, you will be able to make a fortune with that one over night without putting in any effort. Its so easy to make a fortune from porn on the internet"

Sorry to burst the bubble but thats just not going to happen and if you want to make any kind of income then you need to go back to basics and start at the begining.

As Tigs has already said, a good starting point would be to start your research with your competitors. You have a long road ahead of you, one that will be full of study.

As some wise person once said "Rome was not built in a day" and like Rome your internet/Adult/Porn venture will not become huge over night. Its going to take a lot of work and a lot of research.

You wont find any easy answers here but you will find many experianced people who are willing to help.
