I need to know which CCBill ID number to put in my links. Do I use my ccbill ID number or do I use the affiliate id number that is associated with the sites I sign up with?

I've been using my ID on some links and their ID's on other links. I see that im getting traffic to each of those links but im just wondering if there is one correct way to do this.

For instance lets say my ID # is 11111

and the ID's of the sites I signup with are

22222
or
33333
or
44444

etc

In the links I make do i use

my ID? http://coolsite.com/ID=11111

or do I use their ID? http://coolsite/ID=22222

I've done both in the past and im wondering is there a right way or does it not matter? HELP!!!

You need the ID for each individual site.

Your ID is just the ID of the first site you signed up for and would be meaningless if you are sending traffic to other sites with that ID number

Thanks Mr love. That make sense. I just wish CCBill had that explanation in their FAQs section. Would have saved me a lot of confusion.

OUCH! Yeah make damn sure you use the ID number for each site, not your main CCbill ID number. You will not get sale credit for the sponsor if you have the wrong ID in the wrong link.

The first six digits are the site account #, then the four following that are the sub-account #'s XXXXXX-0001, important so that sub-account code points to the correct site. Your ref needs to be included after that XXXXXX-0001&ref=XXXXXX, or in CC's case ..01&PAXXX...

Your basic ccBill code should look like this:

HTML Code:
http://refer.ccbill.com/cgi-bin/clicks.cgi?CA=SPONSOR-ID&PA=YOURIDFROMSPONSOR

The sponsor ID will be a string of numbers XXXXX-XXXX
Your ID will be the number given for that SPONSOR XXXXXX

Thanks for the help everyone. I screwed up a lot of my links which explains why I wasn't getting any traffic from my some of my sponsors.I just thought I was doing a crappy job at pushing those sites when it was my links that were messed up. It's all fixed now that I know how to set up links the right way.
