stores tend to not have loads of extremal links / ads so these sites should be fine - this is a direct attack on the MFA sites ........I recon

What about news sites? Like most of the major news organizations like say CNN are chock full of external ads. Or Cnet for example, or even Amazon. I mean honestly, Google is reaching, or it is simply another one of their public relations stunts, that has no actual foundation. Just blatherings to calm the masses who are complaining about the endless ads when they go searching for a site.

So G has a reason to nuke all the news sites because they are showing too many ads.....frigging great

One more reason, I guess, to use a jump script on one's own site,

Hmm, don't those sites tend to use adsense or some form of paid advertising in most cases. Could be biased towards some of us freeloaders...

Next thing you know google will have problems with ads that aren't from google because clearly anything not google is spam and should be obliterated.

I'm just curious why Google sends out emails to Adsense publishers saying "use bigger ads and make more money" etc when they're planning to do something like this. Sorta like a shot in the foot, eh?

Because G is split in two - you have G adsense team & G results and I bet they never speak to each other
